This small Hei Tiki has been carved from pounamu (greenstone) by Moreton carvers based in Hokitika, South Island.
Tiki represent the first man born and are associated with fertility. They have become a cultural icon in New Zealand, and are seen as a symbol of good luck and a link to the past, present, and future.

This small Hei Tiki has been carved from New Zealand pounamu (greenstone/jade) by Moreton carvers based in Hokitika, South Island.

The Hei Tiki (Hei – to tie around the neck/ Tiki – human ancestor) is a carved figure that can be worn as a neck ornament. Usually carved from pounamu (greenstone/jade) it is said to represent the first man born and is associated with fertility.
The Hei Tiki has become a cultural icon in New Zealand and is seen as a symbol of good luck and a link to the past, present and future.

Store Pick Up allows you to order online and pick up your order in-store, without incurring any delivery fees.
Your order will be ready the next business day, and our pick up hours are 10AM – 5PM Monday to Friday.

Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

Allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery within New Zealand (please allow an extra business day for South Island and Rural addresses).

Once your order has been collected by our courier, you’ll be notified via email and provided a tracking number. All orders/parcels are labelled as a “signature required” courier service for security purposes.

*Our standard shipping excludes PO Box, Waiheke island, Great Barrier island, Chatham island and Stewart island.
