Store Pick Up
Store Pick Up allows you to order online and pick up your order in-store, without incurring any delivery fees.
Where do I pick up my order?
Your order will be available for pickup at Hokohoko Museum Store, located in Te Ao Mārama South Atrium within Auckland Museum. The first 30 minutes of parking in our underground carpark are free, or you may find a spot on Museum Circuit, just outside the Store. Of course, you’re welcome to stay longer and explore the Museum while you’re here.
When will my order be ready to pick up?
Your order will be ready the next business day.You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order, and then another email notifying that your order is ready to pick up. Please wait until we’ve let you know your order is ready for collection before heading in to pick it up.
What are the pickup hours?
Our pick up hours are 10AM – 5PM Monday to Friday. Pick ups are not available on weekends or public holidays. When you pick up your order, please bring your 'order is ready' email and personal photo ID with you.
How long will my order be held?
We will hold onto your order for 14 days, and if it is not collected then we will contact you.
