Beautiful 100% knitted cotton throw.
The original design's name is Hahana, meaning to glow or feel warmth. When I think of our Paraikete I see warmth coming from the paraikete to everyone who wears/touches and sees it.
Kotahitanga was given to this specific blanket and design/colour because of the timing around its launch; it coincided with the passing of our Kingi, an extremely emotional time for our people, but also a time of greatness and hope for the future with the crowning of our Kuini.
This paraikete signifies such a special milestone, and that’s why the name is Kotahitanga.

Hawaiiki Pēpi is a passionate small business dedicated to celebrating and sharing Māori culture through beautifully designed pēpi (baby) products. Their range is created to help immerse tamariki in Te Ao Māori from birth, fostering a strong sense of connection to their whenua.

Your order will be ready the next business day, and our pick up hours are 10AM – 5PM Monday to Friday.

DELIVERY WITHIN AOTEAROA NEW ZEALAND
Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout.
Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery within New Zealand (please allow an extra business day for South Island and Rural addresses).
Once your order has been collected by our courier, you’ll be notified via email and provided a tracking number. All orders/parcels over $30 are labelled as a “signature required” courier service for security purposes.
*Our standard shipping excludes PO Boxes, Waiheke island, Great Barrier island, Chatham island and Stewart island.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Please be advised, orders that are shipped internationally, could be subject to the relevant taxes, duties and tariffs applied by the country the items are being delivered into.

Shipping costs include both postage and handling fee and will be calculated and added at checkout.
All US orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Service. This means duties and taxes are paid upfront, ensuring a smooth delivery process.
Applicable duties, taxes will be automatically calculated and added at checkout.
If any inspection fees or other unforeseen customs-related charges occur, you will be responsible for these charges. In such cases, we will send you an invoice for payment.
